SHIPPING POLICY

1) Coverage:

* Kanu Pet makes shipments all across the United States.

* Local orders in Miami will be delivered from Monday to Friday 8 AM - 9 PM, Saturdays 8 AM - 9 PM, Sundays 8 AM - 9 PM.

2) Delivery times:

* The delivery window begins with the payment confirmation. For payments by credit card and using the Paypal button, the payment platform must approve the transaction, which can take up to one business day. At the time of approval of the payment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. To check the status of your purchase you can enter "My orders" located at the top right of the page.

* Delivery times: Miami delivery is same-day during operating hours, or the following day if the order is placed outside of operating hours. Delivery time to the rest of the country is between 1-5 business days.

SPECIAL CASES: In the unlikely event that your purchase coincides with an inventory update on the page and you are able to place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. Some custom or specialized products require additional production time, about which we will inform you.

3) Cost of shipping:

* Your online purchase may qualify for free shipping! Check the minimum purchase amount from which your shipping will be free when paying online. Does not apply to special destinations (defined by transport companies).

* Deliveries are not made at a specific time. If you have concerns regarding the delivery of your product, please contact Customer Service line at 305 9741478 or via email at brickell@kanu.pet

* The product may be received by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signing of the carrier's guide will suffice.

* In the event that the product shows signs of damage in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must record it in the carrier's guide as an observation.
