Returns Policy of Kanu Pets
At Kanu Pets, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. We understand that, at times, customers may need to make returns. Therefore, we have established the following returns policy to ensure an efficient and fair process:
• The return of a product will always be processed at the value at which the product was purchased.
• If you used a discount coupon when making a purchase, this benefit expires and cannot be used in a future purchase if you choose to return the product.
• Products must be returned in optimal conditions, without evidence of use. Products cannot be modified or altered from their original state and must be in good and clean condition.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Acceptance:
• We accept returns of products purchased at www.kanupets.com.
• The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days, meaning you can return a product at any time within 30 days after the purchase.
Return Conditions:
• Returns will only be accepted for products in new condition, without signs of use, damage, or wear.
• Returned products must include all original parts, accessories, and tags.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. However, should you need assistance, please contact Customer Service.
Returns without a receipt or made after 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
Reasons for Return:
You can request a return for the following reasons:
1. Defective Product: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will be happy to replace it or refund the full amount of your purchase.
2. Customer Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want a product, you can return it. In this case, a restocking fee of 1% of the product's value to be returned will be applied, deducted from the refund.
Note: Transportation costs shall be borne by the user and any other costs associated with the return of the product previously purchased.
Return Method:
• All returns must be made by mail.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product.
Return Labels:
• Customers can obtain return labels for their products by downloading and printing them from our website or by contacting our customer service.
Return Process:
1. If you want to return an item purchased at www.kanupets.com, contact our customer service by calling us at +305 974 1478 or through the email brickell@kanu.pet to notify your intention to return a product and receive return labels if necessary.
2. Once we have received the email regarding the reason for return, we will send you a carrier guide to your email within the next 24 hours so you can return your products at no cost.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
4. Attach the return labels to the package.
5. Send the package by mail to the address provided on the return labels, according to the carrier.
6. Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process your return in a reasonable timeframe.
Note: It is important to provide a tracking number for the return shipment so we can track its status.
The shipping label is only valid for 72 hours from the date you receive it in your email. You must send the item within this timeframe.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product in our warehouse and ensure it is in new condition, we will proceed with the refund through one of the following methods:
• A credit on kanupets.com valid for one calendar year. This is the fastest method: you will see the credit in your account within a maximum of 4 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
• Refund to your bank account if you paid by bank transfer. It may take up to 10 business days.
• Credit card transaction reversal, which may take up to 15 business days. The timeframe depends entirely on the bank.
Notes:
Once you have submitted a return request, you will have 30 (thirty) days to provide any additional information we may request to complete the return approval. If the 30-day period elapses without providing the necessary information, it will be understood that you have withdrawn the return request.
